Accounts you can connect

Account typeWhat Caltsu syncs
Google WorkspaceCompany or school accounts on your organization's own domain. Caltsu syncs the account's primary calendar.
GmailPersonal Google accounts. Connect as many as you use. Each primary calendar joins your sync group.

A Google primary calendar is usually named after its email address, and every block names its source calendar. If the address should stay private, rename the calendar in Google Calendar settings before you connect the account.

Approval in the Google Workspace Admin console

Workspace administrators can decide which third-party apps users may connect. If your organization restricts unconfigured apps, the Google sign-in shows that Caltsu is blocked, and an admin has to trust it first.

Trusting the app lets users in the chosen organizational unit connect it. Caltsu asks for calendar access only. It does not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts or directory scopes.
