1. Your agreement
By creating an account or using Caltsu, you are entering into a binding agreement with us (DataDux Oy) and you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree with them, you cannot use the service.
2. The service we provide
Caltsu is a calendar synchronization tool. You give us permission to access your connected calendar accounts (Google and Microsoft) to read event times and create "Busy" blocks in your other calendars. This helps you avoid double-bookings.
We do our best to make sure the service is reliable, but it is provided "as is." We cannot guarantee it will be perfect all the time. We also reserve the right to change or stop the service if we need to.
3. How not to use Caltsu
We want to keep Caltsu safe and running smoothly for everyone. You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or shady.
- Try to hack, break, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use Caltsu to send spam, harass people, or transmit malware.
- Resell the service or copy our intellectual property without permission.
- Create large numbers of bot accounts to overload our servers.
If you violate these rules, we have the right to suspend or delete your account.
4. Billing and payments
Caltsu has one paid plan with a free trial. If you subscribe, you agree to pay the fees, which are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Payments are handled by Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of your billing period.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses that result from you using Caltsu. This includes things like missed appointments or data loss. You use the service at your own risk.
In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.
6. Other terms
- Privacy: your use of Caltsu is also governed by our privacy policy.
- Changes to terms: we might update these terms sometimes. If it is a major change, we will email you. Continuing to use Caltsu means you accept the new terms.
- Governing law: this agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be handled in Finnish courts.
