Caltsu and Clockwise compared
Clockwise announced that its product would stop working on 27 March 2026, and pointed customers to Reclaim.ai. Clockwise rearranged a team's meetings to create focus time. If the part you relied on was keeping a personal calendar from being double-booked at work, Caltsu does that.

If you used Clockwise for scheduling
- Clockwise is no longer available. For AI scheduling and focus time, Clockwise itself recommended Reclaim.ai.
When Caltsu fits better
- You need a personal calendar to block time in a work calendar without showing what the events are.
- You work in more than one organization's Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- You do not need anything to move your meetings around.
Moving over from Clockwise
If you used Clockwise to keep a personal calendar from being double-booked at work, this is the setup in Caltsu.

Connect both calendars
Start a trial and sign in to your work account and your personal account. Google and Microsoft accounts both work, in any combination.

Put them in one sync group
Each calendar then receives a Busy block for every event in the other. The block title is Busy unless you change it.

Clear out old copies
If Clockwise left synced events behind in either calendar, delete them so the same time is not blocked twice.
Caltsu does not schedule focus time, move meetings or report on how a team spends its time. It only keeps the calendars from showing you as free when you are not.
