If you stop paying

Caltsu never charges you automatically, because the trial never asks for a card. A trial that runs out and a cancelled subscription behave differently. A lapsed trial keeps syncing slowly. A cancelled subscription stops syncing and removes its Busy blocks.

Billing

Payment: By card, processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros.
Yearly billing: €48 once a year, which works out to €4 a month and 20% less than paying monthly.
Cancelling: Cancel in Settings at any time. The subscription runs until the end of the period you paid for. After that, sync rules are switched off and the Busy blocks they created are removed.
Invoices: Each payment produces an invoice. You find them in Settings under billing.

Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

No. After the trial, an account without a subscription keeps its existing sync running at most every 15 minutes, but cannot add accounts beyond 2 or create new sync rules.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. You add payment details only when you subscribe.

What counts as a connected account?

One Google or Microsoft sign-in, such as your Google Workspace address or a client's Microsoft 365 account. Each account can hold several calendars. The plan does not limit either.

Is the price per person?

Yes. A Caltsu account belongs to one person and their calendars. If several people need Caltsu on one invoice, email support@caltsu.com.

How do I remove what Caltsu created?

Remove a sync rule and Caltsu deletes the Busy blocks it created for that rule. Disconnecting an account in Settings deletes the tokens Caltsu stored for it.

Which calendars are supported?

Google Calendar, both Google Workspace and personal Gmail, and Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com. Apple iCloud is not supported yet.
